Shipping & Returns

We ship daily and use USPS as our main carrier due to our low average shipping weight per order. All of our items are shipped securely packed in gift boxes inside of padded envelopes.

International orders may be delayed due to customs in your country. We are not responsible for duties and/or taxes you may incur by bringing our goods into your country.

Our standard return period is 14 days from the time of order. Should your order be delayed by some unforeseen circumstances and does not arrive in the 14 day period we do allow a return time of 7 days after the order has been delivered. Please notify us as soon as possible if you would like to do a return.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

We cannot accept items that have been modified and/or altered.

Depending on stock an exchange may be possible or store credit could be issued. Please indicate your preference if you would like to take advantage of one of these options.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend you purchase shipping insurance to protect your purchase. All our items are inspected before shipping for any flaws.
